Psychotherapy can offer tailored support for those navigating the emotional and practical challenges of care-giving and parenting. Offered as individual counselling. Through this approach, caregivers and parents gain insights into managing stress, improving communication, and building healthier relationships with their loved ones.

Mindful Yoga Acceptance & Commitment Therapy

MYACT combines the principles of mindfulness and yoga with evidence-based behavioural therapies to support emotional and psychological healing. This approach integrates the body, breath, and mind to increase awareness, reduce stress, and cultivate emotional resilience.
